We are a small team by design. Not because we couldn’t grow, but because size is the enemy of the thing we are trying to protect: the unhurried, individualized experience of being truly known by your physician and her staff.
One role here is meant to turn over — proudly. Through a co-op partnership with Tri-County Regional Vocational Technical High School in Franklin, our Medical Assistant position is held by a student building toward a career in healthcare. Mentoring the next generation of clinical talent is one of the most rewarding things we do, and each person who passes through this role leaves a mark on the practice — and, we hope, carries something of it forward.

Her thoroughness and adaptability keep the office running with precision — but it is her professionalism and warmth that transform the patient experience, so that each person who walks through the door feels like family.
